The interview was for 6 rounds over 2 days, namely - Group Discussion, Aptitude Test, Technical Interview, Teachback Round, Managerial Interview, HR Interview. Each round had a different aspect that was tested and the difficulty of the interviews only gradually increased.

It was more about communication than Technical. They chose confident candidates with good English skills. They also wanted to know about handling stress and other stuff.
