Recruiter reached out via phone , did the initial screening and set me up for the next video rounds. It was the most odd interview experience I have had so far. I never received any feedback after any given round, they would just email after 2 weeks or so and pushed me to the next rounds, this kept happening while they were still defining the role. The role was all over the place, the hiring managers and leads were new hence had no idea how this role is going to evolve. Originally I was only supposed to be interviewed by the hiring manager, the director and the global head, however I ended up speaking with 6 people ( 6 rounds in total ) with no clear direction as why was this even happening. It felt as if they were just passing my profile to everyone who wanted to ask question and feel important. Post 6th round, I waited for 2 weeks ( their original turnaround time based on my experience) it seemed they won’t reach out therefor I emailed the recruiter asking for a feedback at least ( I didn’t want the job at this point anyway , was just looking for some feedback out of professional courtesy) It has been 3 months and I have no updates whatsoever. What a waste of time..
