Entrevista
The interview process began with a university recruiting event at my school, where I was given information about the role and asked some questions . The same recruiter reached out to me about 2 weeks after I applied. The first interview was very conversational, the typical "tell me about a time when...". Immediately after I asked my questions at the end, she informed me that I would be moving on to the second round. The second interview was with someone from Sales and a talent acquisition employee. This interview was also very conversational, although the questions centered mostly around my interests, approach to studying, and other topics that didn't have much to do with previous sales experience. At the end of this interview I was asked if there was anything that would prevent me from signing an offer, to which I negotiated some concerns, most of which were appeased. During my third (final) interview with the initial recruiter, she told me that I was going to be offered the job and wanted to tell me in person. Overall, a very friendly and great experience, definitely recommend anyone to give it a shot.

Keine Aufgaben. Ich war unvorbereitet und hatte technische Probleme mit der Verbindung. Trotzdem kam sehr rasch das Angebot. Idealer erster Job, wenn man so ca. 4 Jahre Erfahrung hat. Bieten gute Trainings an. Ziemlich fairer Deal.
