Multiple times the HR called for a profile shortlist but an actual interview never happened. Looks strange as they aren’t clear about their hiring needs at all. This to me is a red flag right here.

Entrevista
Interview started on time. Was asked NF rules etc and the OVS stack from Kripanidhi and Prasoon. Neither of them has any working know how of the OVS Stack and NF tables and questions asked were repeatedly in the line of "How does a VM - VM communicate" within flow - which makes zero sense given NF table and Br.Microseg tables are in use and it's pretty obvious none of them have worked on either AHV or OVS or Flow. Please get people to take interviews who know what they are interviewing for and not waste everyone's time and effort in meaningless pointless conversations.
