There is prescreening interview on both languages -German and English on the phone. Than there is 1:1 test/interview with the member of the German training team and there is a test given to the job seeker in order to evaluate their spoken written language skills. Than if approved, the job seeker is meeting the manager of the team. If once agreed there is job offer coming from the HR agency.
