Initial contact by email, phone interview with HR, meeting with direct manager, another meeting with possible colleague with high experience in the company. Positive feedback on all of them, from the meeting with direct manager I was promised that the next step is to have a talk also with Global Director for a final check. It would take 2-3 weeks maximum to get a feedback. This happened in November 2015, until now I still did not get any final reply from them, last discussion was in January 2016, as a 3rd reminder to HR. Mid of Feb 2016 and I still don't have a reply. Later on they asked to fill the application also on their portal, still no reply there. Disappointed by the experience, not in any way showing a culture that encourages to be open, transparent and up to date with the speed of information. Not keeping up to the word and postponing from one week to another is not showing that you're a serious employer.
