I applied for the role and was invited to complete a recorded competency interview the next day (with seven days to complete the recording). The interview was only fifteen minutes long with about five questions. For each question I was given a short amount of time to prepare before completing the recording. About two weeks later, I received the disappointing news that I hadn't progressed to the next round. They did not provide feedback on request.

Round 0 interview using recorded videos. Two questions, each question has 1 minute to prepare and 3 minutes to answer. As i see the two questions are kind of overlap. I repeated parts of my answers for both questions.
