The process had four stages. First, a video assessment with five behavioral questions, which was difficult. Second, a 45-minute behavioral interview with a UX researcher, also difficult. Third, a one-hour portfolio interview with a UX designer, which felt relatively straightforward. After clearing all three rounds, I received an offer.

Generally, they will first spend some time explaining IBM's culture, work and environment, usually debunking what most people understand as IBM in the past. Then showing ~2 portfolio pieces you'll dive into why and how you approched the work you've previously made.
