I received a call from my current manager out of the blue when he pulled my resume off a stack that had been from other IBM interviews I had in the past and had not gotten. He scheduled a phone interview for a week or two later. The phone review had several members of the teams who took turns asking questions about my experiences and expertise.

## IBM Interview Process
The process began with initial resume shortlisting, followed by competitive **DSA and coding rounds** to test core technical concepts. After clearing those, I cleared two comprehensive interviews with the **Hiring Manager/Tech Expert** and **HR**.
