Talked to manager and was told a phone screen would be set up with a tech lead. Two weeks later, it was finally scheduled. Took time out of my vacation to receive call. Tech lead never called, so I withdrew myself from consideration.

## IBM Interview Process
The process began with initial resume shortlisting, followed by competitive **DSA and coding rounds** to test core technical concepts. After clearing those, I cleared two comprehensive interviews with the **Hiring Manager/Tech Expert** and **HR**.
