I am 2015 BE CSE graduates. After 10 month struggle I get a Interview Call Latter from IBM India.
It was a off campus drive which was held at Reva University, Bangalore 29-March-2016.
They are very strict for Documents and % Criteria. So if you are going for IBM interview, Carry your all original documents.
First Round:-
1st round was Online written Test. 18 questions from Number Series and 12 questions from %, Ratio and General Aptitude.
In my batch we were 40 candidate, Out of 40 only 5 are clear.
Second Round:-
2nd round was Business Communication Online Test. Total 22 questions in 20 minutes, but timer was not displayed.
If you know how to write Professional Email, You can Easily Clear this round.
Out of 5 only 3 are clear.
After completion these 2 round, same day at evening I get a call from IBM regarding final round which was held at Manyata Embassy Tech Park, Bangalore 30-March-2016.
Third & Fourth Round:-
It was Technical + HR Round. What I was wrote in Resume, She ask me only from that. In 35 minutes both round was completed.
Fifth Round:-
It was final round. She ask me about myself, my family, my qualification and my native place.
Now out of 2400, only 39(including me) are survived after these all rounds.
After Completion of all round, they announced that we(39) are shortlisted, after document verification we will be part of IBM India.
At same day evening, we were filled, signed and uploaded some documents in IBM Candidate Portal, and also gave thumb-impression.
On 11-April-2016 I get my Offer Letter and on 25-April-2016 I joined.
Now I am an IBMer.
