telephonic interviews, written test, analyzing papers. WRITING SUMMARY AND DESCRIBING IT IN YOUR OWN WORDS. Overall the process was to getting candidate acquainted with nature of job and to identify if the candidate is good fit for the role.
2 on site interviews but this was before COVID. Lots of disorganization getting them scheduled and had to meet with lots of people for two days both times. Went out to dinner with a few members of the team the first night also
Done virtually over multiple days. Started off with a phone call with a few team members, gave an hour long research seminar, then met with three more groups. Topics range from your own projects, AI knowledge, Python/data science
