4 Rounds of Interview - Recruitment focal point would connect with you to perform screening & if they wish to proceed, you will recieve a Case Study with set of Sales related questions. You are required to analyze the data & provide the answers in details & submit within a turn around time of 24 hours. Post case study process, you will be called for an excel test to perform an hygiene check on MS Excel expertise followed by Manager Round & Offer round with HR.

I was referred by an employee, I met an HR Generalist that what looking for a professional profile like me.
It was some general questions and an Excel test (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, advanced functions, etc).
Before get the interview, I needed to complete some math, personality and English tests
3 Levels of Interview, along with MS Excel skills and presentation skills. They want to see your communication skills and your interpersonal skills. Interpersonal skills are the behaviors and tactics people use to interact with others effectively. Some people are born with them but they can be learned
