Good panel of interviewers. They were encouraging and giving time to think and respond. Questions were mostly Behavioral questions, design questions and technical questions. First a group discussion was held. Based on group discussion, candidates were shortlisted and called for interview. Had only one round of interview which lasted for more than an hour. I feel that candidates who were calm and were making good points were called for interview.

Standard IBM interview process, 2 rounds of same pattern, technical + work experience based questions, grilled to see how much depth there was in my work, followed by a case study related to the role, then a general guesstimate.
