It was first a phone call and a small interview regarding myself on it like more towards introduction. After around 3 to 4 days, received an email regarding having a panel interview which was the last step in hiring.

3 rounds of interview, basically around Six Sigma and ITIL, Service management knowledge was must. One should have knowledge about Service management KPIs, Incident and change life cycle, Problem record life cycle. Defect prevention programs knowledge is a must. Microsoft excel and powerpoint knowledge is required. you should have good hands on on predictive analysis through excel or SPSS or watson
