I was recruited by a consultant from CPL jobs. They offered me the positions and I had to send some paperwork, after that I had a phonetalk with the manager, got some basic questions and I was hired.

I had a call from a 3rd party, asking me if I was available for an interview with IBM, I've accepted, and 1 hour later I was in the IBM offices to meat the two managers. I even didn't have the time to dress properly. Not only that, but I had a pleasant discussion, some few simple technical questions, and one week later a signed contract.
