Brief. Basically they want someone with a pulse. Anyone who will accept the terms and salary offer will start what they refer to as "training" though it barely prepares you for the job at hand.
It was a one stage interview which lasted approximately 35 min. Details about the cv were discussed and i was also asked if i had previous experience as a call center agent.

it was phone screening for 5-7 minutes. After that they did background check.it was work from home they ask for the laptops and internet available at home.whole process took almost 1 week.

Precise and quick. Straight to the point interview. Panel interview helps me a lot to gain more confidence to face different people at different paces of interview questions. Eventhough it's a business process outsourcing company still they make possible questions that would help inline with work.
