Entrevista
The process took around 1 day , I had applied in person. A group discussion followed by an interview with the trainer who generally checks how good are you at communication followed ban interview with the team lead.

The interview process was not the best but was average , It includes a group discussion and most of the interviews are conducted in a day. If you prior experience you can make it through.
Bogus interview process. I applied foe something and they start asking question which w as not relevant for me at all. Would never apply again at IBM for any role in the future.
