Experience in sales a plus coming out of college. Leadership qualities essential.
I'd recommend understanding key IBM executives and strategies before the interviews.

Not great communication throughout, but the people were nice and I really liked the program and the fact you could do a whole bunch of different options to find out what you like the best.
