Entrevista
The process was very straightforward. First, there was a recorded video challenge where you either record yourself, submit a text answer, or you solve some coding questions. The coding questions can be done in Java, Python, or Ruby from what I remember. If you pass that step, you are then scheduled a one on one session with a GURU who will ask you about your experience and a whiteboard question. The GURU was very friendly and approachable.
**NOTE**
If your recruiter does not schedule a time within the week of getting an email about going to the next step, make sure you contact the recruiter. There have been reviews on Glassdoor where they were waiting for months for an interview slot and never heard back. Apparently, I won't hear back about whether or not I was accepted until late.
The interview process was very dull, unenthusiastic, and impersonal. They asked very technical systems engineering questions, mostly focused on infrastructure, DevOps fundamentals, troubleshooting, and general backend/system design concepts. The interviewers did not seem particularly engaged, and the conversation felt more like a checklist than a real discussion about the role, team, or candidate fit.
There was not much effort to explain the day-to-day responsibilities, team culture, or growth opportunities. Overall, the process felt rigid and transactional. The technical questions were fair, but the experience itself was not very welcoming or energizing.

They asked how I would troubleshoot a Linux server or production system that was experiencing high CPU usage, including what commands I would use and how I would narrow down the root cause.

Nice interviewers, they ask system design questions. Work habits, gitlab, community, best traits, pros and cons.
Furthermore, they were very kind to me during the interview process. I really appreciate it.

Entrevista
Very wierd experience interviewing with IBM for 4 Yrars DevOps Engineer position. 1st round was with a newbie who didn't knew anything asking questions from google and checking answer on google had to correct hom few times. Second round with someone senior who was technically decent went good and last round was with PM which went good post that ghosted me.
