Applied via IBM website. HR contacted me within the same day and asked me to do a cognitive assessment and share that they will contact me if they are satisfied with my results after the assessment. Was informed that I was shortlisted for an interview after 1 working day.

Very nice!It's an online interview.The hiring manager is also very professional, told me the details about this position. As a fresh graduate,I think it's pretty nice.In a word, everything goes smoothly.I got the result very quickly as well.

Entrevista
This is for an entry level role. Started with 2 leetcode questions which was done in hackerrank, both were of easy difficulty. Next, was a purely behavioral interview, no technical questions or questions about my resume.
First, they will schedule you for an initial interview with the team lead and will be scheduling you for the next step which is technical exam and coding to see your skills. And Client round If they have requirement for any specific client.
