Online application then an invite to an IPAT test shortly after. IPAT involves numerical series and numerical reasoning. After passing the IPAT I was invited to a HireVue pre-recorded interview. Also had to fill in an additional form on how I matched IBM's core competencies.

There is a conflict in which approach they should have in a project between two teams and they've had several meetings to try to solve it already. What would you suggest to move this proejct forward?

Entrevista
The process was long winded and there was no lead times on communications. There went via the interactive games route rather than the standard iq test which is different than most companies these days.

Entrevista
After the initial online application stage I was given an online test to do, as well as a competency form to fill in. You can't revise for the test, but it requires you to think analytically and mathematically, as you have to recognise patterns and number sequences. The competency form helped form the basis of my answers to the interview questions I was later asked in my video interview. Thankfully I was given unlimited preperation time after reading each question before I decided to start recording myself answering. After I passed the video interview stage, I was given a one-month early notice of an assessment centre to attend in Hursley, where I had to give a presentation (basically another interview, regurgitating a lot of skills/etc I had already talked about). Following the presentation I was asked by the interviewer, a few situational judgement questions. There's also two group exercises to do - one on a logic problem and one where you're given a scenario and you have to come up with a solution to a business problem. After passing the assessment centre I found out I was in the matching stage, where hiring managers across IBM freely interview you if they're interested in you. One hiring manager gave me a telephone interview but probably wasn't too keen on me, and then a few weeks after I did an interview with another team who decided to take me on after a very engaging and friendly interview.
