Started with phone screening with recruiter, then have mixed (technical/soft skills)meeting. After that, I was interviewed with two other people. One was technical, the other was around soft skills. Technical side of the interview was OK, questions around soft skills were a bit offensive.

Contacted by the recruitment team, basic questions about the experience and technologies and why want to change. Next 2 technical rounds, followed by one hiring manager round. The entire process took hardly 2 weeks and everything was seamless. I like the way they scheduled interviews, the hiring team, interviewers and hiring manager value your time and mental state. They don't keep you waiting for the result of interviews. More importantly, all were very patient in answering all my questions about my role, work culture, the project I may be working on (if selected), and IBM future business perspective etc
