It was simple and fun. The interviewer was friendly and didn't want to sugarcoat the job for me. He explained what would be required of me and what should I expect in the upcoming few years if I accepted this job.
Bogus interview process. I applied foe something and they start asking question which w as not relevant for me at all. Would never apply again at IBM for any role in the future.

there were 3 rounds, 1st was coding, next 2 were technical interview. 1st round went well but then got rejected in the 1st technical round. It was easy but then don't know what went wrong
