Candidatei-me de outra forma. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela IBM (Noida) em mar. de 2020
Entrevista
It was of two technical round. One technical interview questions, which is more on your technical expertise. Second one was with project manager, which discuss about your technical introduction as well as salary expectations.
Then third round was soft skills assessment round.
First two rounds were on video conferencing and soft skill assessment was telephonic.
Overall it was very systematically coordinated.

Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela IBM (Londres, Inglaterra) em abr. de 2019
Entrevista
Contacted via LinkedIn by IBM talent acquisition, had a quick chat about a role I had all the skill sets for and was sent a very brief job description. I was asked to apply on the jobs portal so I obliged and agreed to a video interview some days later.
During the interview itself I observed the following:
1. Although it was “only a video interview” I made every effort to make myself presentable, shave, shirt, tie etc. The interviewers appeared to make no effort at all on their appearance of themselves or their surroundings.
2. There were two people interviewing, one UK based and one not. The UK representative asked the questions but appeared and often admitted to, not knowing what she was asking. This was a surprise as it was supposed to be a “Technical” interview. The non-UK guy may have been more technical but his ability to understand English was limited. So, one has to ask how my responses to very simple storage questions, being a storage guy for over 20 years, can be effectively evaluated if neither interviewer understands the questions or possibly the answers.
3. They seemed to be confused by having more than one technical answer for one question. Again, this would be down to the level of specific technical ability and experience of the interviewers which I would greatly surpass myself.
4. I mentioned different cloud types during one part of the interview and this seemed to startle them like rabbits caught in the headlights. I guess they were hoping I didn’t ask any more questions of that nature.
5. At the end of the interview it was my turn to ask the questions. Unfortunately, none of my queries could be answered as they simply “didn’t have the answers”
6. I was told I would receive feedback in 48 hours but after waiting a week I decided to chase the recruiter. Eventually they got back to me to say that they weren’t perusing the opportunity at this time. When I asked for feedback I was told that it wasn’t available yet, after a whole week!
I really don’t understand what a company like IBM is after? 23 years of storage experience, a number of years managerial experience plus a raft of recent, storage specific qualifications appears not to be enough for these guys.
Good luck

I was asked a number of very basic storage related questions, difference between raid 5 and 6, what was latency, what was a bottleneck, subjects I know very well after 23 years in the industry.
There were also a couple of behavioural questions which I answered fully giving real examples every time
