All process is done remotely. I didn't have to go to the work site before I was effectivelly hired. Process starts with a basic interview about experiences and possibly a programming assignment. After that, a more technical interview is conducted and finally, an interview with the IBM client. Process usually takes time (more than 1 month) and is a glimpse of that is coming.
