The first round was a phone interview. Questions were generally on my background, skills and past experience. I was asked to come on-site for another round of interview. I interviewed with about 6 of the leadership team individually. It was intense. They covered everything from job experience, skills, why this position, career goals, fit with team and a couple of case questions thrown in

A entrevista foi dividida em duas etapas e foi tranquila. Porém, na primeira entrevista, a vaga tinha um escopo. Na segunda etapa, a vaga ganhava um escopo totalmente diferente. Com a quebra de expectativa, não senti segurança em continuar o processo seletivo e declinei a continuação.
