I interviewed for IBM back in 2016 when I was still in college. This was for an Analytics & Data intern position within the Performance Marketing operations at IBM, specifically in the Manhattan office. Process below:
1, Phone screen
2. Two phone interviews with members of the broader performance marketing division
I was utterly shocked at how straightforward the IBM intern hiring process was. No BS, very straight to the point, and willing to consider other backgrounds for roles you may not necessarily have experience in on paper.

sent online application to all applicants immediately after applying, did not take very long to complete, gets back to you pretty quickly, fairly typical for swe internship interviews + OA in terms of difficulty
I got the situational interview. I had prepared for questions about like how will I debug AI-related issues, what will I do when things break etcetera but they asked more like, how will you make all team members feel included, how will you communicate with non-technical stakeholders etcetera. Also I felt one of the questions they asked me was based on the answer of a previous question that they wanted to dig further into.

Entrevista
Had a call with two senior employees, both really nice asked me why IBM, resume and what are my weaknesses. Overall relaxed atmosphere and very pleasant. Tried to accommodate wishes for internship.
