got call from stafffing agency. ibm is conducting weekend recruitment drive and the consulatant put me in conf with the interviewer. He seems to be an aix guy asking solaris questions. With this you can guess what standard the interview has been. They dont know exactly to which role they are interviewing me. Eventhough I was through with the interview and second round is scheduled with the manager, i lost interest and declined to take it up.

I had a phone interview, which was technical round and they said i am selected, but did not hear for the next 12days, then i get a call for PDM which was good, and next day another person called me for another HR round, which was communication round..now waiting for feedback.....hoping to be an IBMer..
