The campus recruitment process consists of 4 rounds.
Round 1:
Coding Round(only 1 coding question)
Round 2:
Cognitive Ability(Gaming round)
Round 3:
English Assessment
Round 4:
Face to face interview(Technical and HR)
First three rounds are elimination rounds.
From about 700 odd students 300 odd students were shortlisted for the second round.
From 300 odd students about 190 students were shortlisted for the final interview.
About 60 students were given the final offer.
The interviewer was very friendly and casual.
It was more kind of discussion rather than an interview.
Feedback given to me :
There is no use of being jack of all and master of none.
Develop on your field of interest.
My advice :
Don't panic say what you know and accept what you don't know.
Communication and confidence is the key.
