Interview was exciting and had brilliant questions. Nice experience.
They check technical and functional capabilities. First level was IQ test over email. Set of games. It was fun. But these scores matter throughout the interview process and your journey through IBM.
Second level was phone interview. Technical round. 10+ questions on scenarios & solutions.
Third level was HR . No questions, only discussion on package and other queries.
Overall - Good knowledge is required to crack the interview questions. And attitude & personality also plays a part.
Click apply button and attached with resume then Coding assessment then F2F exam that is some kind of not easy but not too hard that come with the pressure to finish on time and compete with other candidates if you pass then the last thing is good lick with the manager’s interview.
Very nice!It's an online interview.The hiring manager is also very professional, told me the details about this position. As a fresh graduate,I think it's pretty nice.In a word, everything goes smoothly.I got the result very quickly as well.

Entrevista
This is for an entry level role. Started with 2 leetcode questions which was done in hackerrank, both were of easy difficulty. Next, was a purely behavioral interview, no technical questions or questions about my resume.
