apply online through IBM canada website. contacted back by University of Waterloo career services (I go to University of Waterloo), a short phone interview describing whawt past work terms I did, small questions related to what I know about database, some c++, etc.

A few days after I applied online they email me to schedule a Skype interview.
The interview process was less than an hour. People are nice and the questions are not very competitive.
They asked me some behavioral questions first and then technical questions.
Some Linux terminal command questions and a problem-solving question.

Was one short phone conversation (about 40 minutes or so). There was a mixture of technical and behavioural questions. There was everything from unix questions, agile programming, java vs c, db2, ect. Questions were also asked pertaining to team work and project management. There were a lot of questions asked going over my resume, asking every single detail possible
