I received a phone interview. The hiring manager was very nice, and easy to have a conversation with. They told me they received my resume from a recruiter that grabbed it from my universities career services. I had a one hour phone interview, and received the job on the spot. My offer was in my email in a few days. They gave me seven days to decide if I wanted it or not.

## IBM Interview Process
The process began with initial resume shortlisting, followed by competitive **DSA and coding rounds** to test core technical concepts. After clearing those, I cleared two comprehensive interviews with the **Hiring Manager/Tech Expert** and **HR**.
