Straight forward, very friendly, multiple people in one day but a streamlined process. Lasted about 3 hours to meet with 4 people, very conversational. They just want to get a feel for how you are with the team, whether you're willing to learn and take initiative with the company and duties.

## IBM Interview Process
The process began with initial resume shortlisting, followed by competitive **DSA and coding rounds** to test core technical concepts. After clearing those, I cleared two comprehensive interviews with the **Hiring Manager/Tech Expert** and **HR**.

The technical rounds were intensive, covering system design, live coding, and deep-dive questions into previous project experience and database optimization.
