Entrevista
The position is for IBM Malaysia. First interview went well. It was a F2F interview. Normal technical interview and situational / describe a situation kind of interview. Interviewer even shared her contact number for me to contact her regarding the hiring process. Followed up with first interviewer and got a second interview after a month from first interview. It was online interview. Second interview was good as well which the interviewer shared all the positive reviews from my first interviewer. Ended second interview with "we will call and arrange for final interview with a C-suite by next week". One month plus gone, but still no update. I contacted the first interviewer but this time no reply. Felt a bit weird that the position keep on reposted on LI. So, I decided not to wait / consider an employment with a very slow and unprofessional hiring process.

1. Tell me about yourself? 2. What do you like about your current role? 3. Why are you looking for a new job? 4. Situational questions based on your resume. 5. Technical questions as this is a manager role.
Behavioral based questions. Recruiter, hiring manager and possibly team meeting. May get a tour of the location. Psychometric testing and technical testing often used. References and background checks often taken.

Behavioral based questions, and more of a personality/ culture fit.
It was a good experience. Moved quickly and conducted all the interviews virtually. Accepted offer after negotiating the pay which they were very open to doing. Would highly recommend IBM to anyone looking for a job.
First screening went well and then there was a panel interview. Eventually I was ghosted. Interview went very well but it seems they had someone internal already fixed for this role
