First step is there will be a written exam. When you pass the written exam, you'll be ask for an interview. You'll be asked about what you've written on your resume, your background, and why you think you are fit for this position. After which, there's a final interview. Someone from the operations will interview you and will give you scenarios, testing if you will be able to handle the situations in your job role properly.

I applied February 2015 and started April 13, 2015. The process took 2 months, because of so many approvals needed such as my asking salary. There was a time that I needed to contact the HR manager to asked how's the status of my application.
