They took their time. First a HR called me, scheduled a telephonic technical interview then an on site interview. Interviewers were easy to talk to. The telephonic interview was technical, took about an hour and involved a lot of design based questions. The face to face round was a screening round by a manager and a good chunk of it involved salary negotiation. Beware of this bit, they give you false information about your variable pay. You get a negligible amount (0-5 %) but they say you get 50% of variable pay. They're very slow in releasing the offer.

Initial communications were positive as was my initial phone interview. The phone interview went well and was followed up with an in-person interview within a week. That went well too. Within the next two weeks I was offered a position.
