Tuve dos entrevistas en IBM, la dinámica cambia radicalmente dependiendo del equipo, pero en general te hacen sentir muy cómodo, toman en cuenta tu conocimiento técnico y tus habilidades blandas, así como tu nivel de inglés.

¿Cuál es el problema más díficil al que te has enfrentado como desarrollador y cómo lo afrontaste?
Three rounds technical round managerial round and HR round.
Sometimes two technical rounds for some roles.
Technical round ABAP knowledge will be tested .Managerial round different situation based question plus functional and technical knowledge might be expected.
Overall process was good. Communication with the interviewer is great. Questions were on all topics of RICEF objects and previous project experience. Interview difficulty is average and once the interview is over other processes happened quickly.
