It was a make or break interview. They came on campus and I interviewed with three directors within different parts of GBS. There was also a case study that they did not allow us to prepare for beforehand. The interviews, aside from the case study were really in the hands of the interviewer. The first guy was very open ended...."why IBM and what questions do you have for me?". The second guy asked a lot of situational questions to see how I would handle them. The last was the case study.
