It depends on how desperate they are to fill up the position given than how well you match their requirements. Usually there would be a HR screening round -> Higher manager screening -> technical round-> HR(offer discussion)

Technical round lasted for 45 mins and asked c# basics, .net core questions and manager round discussed about current project and latest technologies used.
