I applied to the position via online. I received an email from the manager followed by two telephonic calls followed by a job talk. After a few weeks they asked me to come to their New York office where I met 15-20 researchers and gave a job talk.

Entrevista
I gave a scientific talk on my research, had a roundtable discussion, went to lunch, and had 6+ one-on-one interviews. Overall a pretty laid back process. Challenging, but intellectually stimulating questions.
I applied online for the researcher position and had the first interview. Asked about background information and why choose IBM. They also asked which area you would like to specialize in the future and why. Questions were very straightforward and nothing to stress about. Overall a quick and easy experience.

Entrevista
I went to the place for an interview day and to give a seminar. The interviews where ok, without much technical questions. Then I had phone interviews with the managements for few weeks, again a bit going through the CV. They didn't give me feedback at the end of the process.
