You will have update you profile on any of the job sites. Recruiters/consultancies will call you for an interview.
1) First round will a face to face technical round
2) Second round will be discussion with the department head.
3) Third will be a telephonic round - (Communication round)
4) HR discussion / HR will call for an offer.
All managed remotely and by phone, no video conference. First interview by HR with a general screening and overview, then a second interview with hiring manager. Friendly and welcoming attitude, both asking and answering, providing a complete overview of the company and job role.

Based on the profile rounds will be planned, as I give a call on Problem Management the rounds was four.
Round 1: Technical assessment and need to get 40%.
Round 2: Managerial Round.
Round 3: HR Round.
Round 4: HR will call you and share the offer letter through the IBM link.
