the guys there do not conduct interview properly, they dont ask about experience, tehy accept candidates according to their mood.
they rejected an overqualified candidate just because he wanted to switch careers saying he is overqualified

The interview process was not the best but was average , It includes a group discussion and most of the interviews are conducted in a day. If you prior experience you can make it through.
Bogus interview process. I applied foe something and they start asking question which w as not relevant for me at all. Would never apply again at IBM for any role in the future.
