The process I went through was fairly straightforward. I connected with an IBM recruiter who recommended open roles that matched my skill level as a recent graduate. After applying for a position, I went through two back-to-back behavioral interviews. Although I was initially informed that one interview would be behavioral and the other a case study, I never encountered a case study for reasons unknown. The questions were similar to the practice ones I had reviewed, and the interviewers were friendly and professional.

There's an automated virtual assessment interview as part of the application, where they'll ask you to record answers for 2 questions, followed by 2 rounds of interviews with an associate, manager, or director from the team.

How does your background align with the role you're applying for
This was a recorded interview. Mostly behavioral. Interface was simple but email assessment instructions did not describe that would be the environment. The assessment was on an online platform called Knockri.
The interview was very friendly. I was able to talk a lot about skills and experience while the interviewer was curious as well. It was both mutually interested and really good experience
