The selection process consisted of four distinct rounds: a written assessment to evaluate basic skills, a technical interview to test domain knowledge, a PDM (Project Delivery Manager) round for project-related discussions, and finally, an HR round to assess cultural fit and finalize the offer.
IBM scheduled an interview without asking for my availability, forcing me to miss class in order to attend as I was completely unable to reschedule it. I was also sent no email in the days following the interview to update me on the status of my application. I had to look at the website to see that I was no longer under consideration. Just an overall awful process.
