process was pretty much standard and we company followed the standard process and all the employees which gave this interview was selected via normal process. Post that had discussion with the HR folks and the salary negotiation got finalised.

## IBM Interview Process
The process began with initial resume shortlisting, followed by competitive **DSA and coding rounds** to test core technical concepts. After clearing those, I cleared two comprehensive interviews with the **Hiring Manager/Tech Expert** and **HR**.
