Entrevista
Overall wonderful experience. Had a campus interview and was invited to a two day event (at their expense) at one of their mills. The event was wonderfully put on. I got to network with recruiters, managers, and even got to meet one of the VPs of the company. Part of the interview process was breaking us up into teams and evaluating how we acted in a team environment, which I thought was a brilliant way to do an interview. There were one on one interviews too, but also opportunities to talk to engineers that weren't involved in the recruiting process so that we could ask questions that wouldn't reflect on us as candidates. Can't say enough good things about the process.

The interview process was good overall. I went over two round of interviews. Both with very similar format. STAR format. No technical questions where asked during the interviews. Overall it was a very good interview.

Recruiters go above and beyond for a unique interview experience. Second round interviews are general interviews during a two-day recruiting event including all IP US mills where candidates specify which mill(s) they’d prefer an offer from.

Entrevista
Very interactive, and fun. The job comes with a lot of physical labor so it was a great place for a former athlete like myself to be. They told me the company loves go getters and that being open to new opportunities is key.
