Entrevista
The interview had some tough questions, but mainly centered around how I would make sure to have social time allocated given the amount of hours I would be working per week. The questions seemed to be geared towards determining if I would be a good fit at the company rather than quizzing me on the knowledge I gained in college.

The interview process was good overall. I went over two round of interviews. Both with very similar format. STAR format. No technical questions where asked during the interviews. Overall it was a very good interview.

Recruiters go above and beyond for a unique interview experience. Second round interviews are general interviews during a two-day recruiting event including all IP US mills where candidates specify which mill(s) they’d prefer an offer from.

Entrevista
Very interactive, and fun. The job comes with a lot of physical labor so it was a great place for a former athlete like myself to be. They told me the company loves go getters and that being open to new opportunities is key.
