I just had one interview. There was someone from HR and an engineer from the plant. The interview was at my college. I talked with them at a college career fair, and they reached out shortly after for an interview.

Very Straight forward questions, mainly situational to see the integrity of the candidate. These questions will be read from an interview sheet and will be judged based on good/bad response.
