I applied online about 3 months ago. Got a call back to take a test evaluation. If you passed the test, you were scheduled for an interview. Interview consisted of two people (one from HR and one from a department). They were very friendly which made me feel less nervous. About 6 behavioral questions and a couple of production scenario based questions were asked. Interview was about 30 minutes. Waiting for a call back.

Took an aptitude test and then got a call for the interview a week later, after the interview got the job offer less than a week later. Interview consisted of two people with typical production scenario based questions...(how would you handle...how this affected you...etc.)
